REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Ongoing Services (Monthly Editing or Coaching)
If you are a recurring monthly client receiving podcast/video editing or strategy coaching, we require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to cancel your services.
- Notice must be submitted to hello@studiopizzaproductions.com.
- Any outstanding invoices must be paid in full before cancellation is finalized.
- Work already completed or in progress is non-refundable.
- No exceptions will be made for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
2. One-Time Projects
If you have booked a one-time project (e.g., a Designer Sprint, VIP Day, or Launch Support Session), cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.
- Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
- Once work has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any services with notice to the client and, where applicable, offer a substitute or a prorated refund based on services already rendered.
3. Missed Strategy Sessions
If your package includes a strategy call or coaching session, you are responsible for scheduling and attending that session during the designated month.
- Unused sessions do not roll over.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
- No-shows may forfeit the session without refund.
4. Digital Products (Coming Soon)
All future digital product sales — including templates, guides, and other resources — will be non-refundable unless otherwise noted on the product sales page.
5. Force Majeure & No-Shows
If services cannot be delivered due to factors outside our control (e.g., natural disaster, illness, tech outage), we may reschedule or adjust delivery timelines as needed. If delays are due to missing information or deliverables from the client, we may pause the project or charge additional fees to continue work.
